The most striking feature of the Florida Ghost is its new foliage. As leaves emerge, they unfurl in a ghostly white or pale yellow hue, creating a mesmerizing contrast against the deep green mature leaves. The young leaves gradually transition from this spectral white to a vibrant chartreuse before finally maturing to a rich green, creating a dynamic and ever-changing display of color. The leaves themselves are deeply lobed and glossy, adding to the plant's visual appeal.
